As most of you know I am moving to Philly. We have spent the last month packing up the house and getting it ready to sell. This is one of the most stressful times - dealing with packing, finding a place to live, getting the house clean and spiffied up for open houses as well as setting up appointments with home inspectors etc. We are living in a condo in downtown Philadelphia until we sell our houses and can find something in the suburbs.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our house SOLD!! and is mostly packed up, thanks to both sets of parents. The movers come next Monday to pack up my china and crystal and move all our stuff into storage. I am ready for a place to 'BE' - a home, instead of driving back and forth every few days to deal with the move. That's the Cancer sign in me.
I am also ready to enjoy a new city; check out the restaurants and parks, tour the Liberty Bell and King Tut at the Art Museum and get to researching new wedding venues. Summer in the City.
